What up, my name is Cynthia! I LOVE cartoons!
I am a Mexican-American Storyboard Artist based in Burbank, California. I graduated from the Laguna College of Art + Design with a BFA in animation in December of 2019.
I have an undying passion for collaborative storytelling, and I believe animation to be a way to communicate with and even help people. While school taught me how to animate traditionally and has certainly informed my acting choices, I have found myself continuously challenging my skills in storytelling by exploring and taking in many other forms of art. I never particularly like letting myself be comfortable with my work for too long, and that’s exciting!
When I’m not drawing, you can find me at the gym, playing a Nintendo game, or watching animal videos on Youtube. You can also probably find me at my work desk watching anime and rapidly swapping between the right and left arrow keys trying to figure out how the animators animated a specific scene. I also write for my OCs and draw fanart for fun!
